Was listening to the local sports talk radio this weekend up here in Green Bay, and the host was talking about former Packer players playing in the NFL. He was talking about the former OL and he said that Marco Rivera was out of football now with a bad back. Was this guy smoking something, or did I miss something?

Evidently the guy has been hitting his crack pipe too often.

Everything I have heard about Rivera has to do with his back being much better and him working out well.

I've certainly not heard any such thing & it would have been big news if it were true. Only thing I've heard about Riveria is he working hard in offseason conditioning program in Dallas to regain his strength, etc. If it already known Riveria unable come back, we'd all be talking about drafting best OG out there. I do think we must draft an OG on first day; apparently either Gilles or Joseph will go late in first round, but some mock drafts have both going in 2nd round but probably before Cowboys pick. OG Charles Spencer is also another good option in 2nd round but also like Sims who should go in 3rd rounder or later.

Sounds like the guy saying that just ate too much cheese.

He is either constipated or his arteries are getting clogged causing him to get less oxygen to his brain.

Either way Marco "polo" Rivera is not out of the game...yet.

The guys on dc.com radio last week, said that Rivera and Colombo were seen playing racquetball at the ranch. They also saw TO playing by himself. They thought that was funny.
