Get rid of most of the veterans in your backfield? You allow nobodies to look like legends

Let your LG go, and have the next man up go to RT - you lose that push in the middle

Get rid of a genius QB in favor of a fluky QB with legs - you get an offense that is predictable

Lost two starters from the offensive line, and four veterans from the secondary. I know most of those guys "sucked" from reading this board, but replacing them with kids doesn't necessarily bring immediate improvement. There may be some growing pains.

Jeff Heath couldn’t crack the starting lineup in 4 years. This year he did. That should tell you everything you need to know about the defensive nightmare that we’re experiencing now...

It was. The Cowboys aren't a great team. This isn't the 2013 Seahawks where the defense was already championship-caliber and ready for someone like Russell Wilson to come in to win a SB.

I think the problem is JG is even keel and works that process to death. Every day is the same and never changes daily. Athletes need that kind of stuff, but they also need a swift kick in the you know what and coaching. That's is and will always be his downfall.

I agree. Dak has the intangibles down and can definitely improve. I'm not sure this is the coaching staff to do it, though.

They looked like the same team in the first half then their coach fanny patted them on a job well done at half time. Seems everyone forgot there are 4 quarters.
