I was shocked to see just how bad this guy played.

If you notice, even when Ray Edwards went down with the knee injury, Marc Columbo struggled at times against the back up.

He would have had to play anyways when Flozell got hurt

Our O line needs a serious overhaul and with no CBA in place we can't sign FAs

Good! No more free agents off of loser teams. Use the draft to develop talent like Free and Brewster.

Colombo even got beat when Edwards went against him on one leg.

Colombo's career may be over.

Please. The guy is far from done. If you want to end a career, look towards the left side of the line

Actually Flozell was doing a pretty good job against Allen before he got injured. You just want to find a scapegoat. LMAO @ people who still want to blame Flozell when he got INJURED in the 1st fricking quarter.

Injured? Some mysterious calf injury that was good enough for him to chill on the sidelines and stand around.

Sorry. Not good enough. I hate Jeremy Shockey with a ****ing passion but he showed yesterday that there is a difference between himself and Flozell.

There is also a difference between being hurt and being injured.

Oh, so now you're an athletic trainer or a medical doctor who can diagnose injuries from your living room? Give me a break, dude.

Columbo was having trouble LAST week - he moves laterally like an ocean liner. Problem was solved when Adams left, and Free wasn't available to spell Columbo.

This line plays pretty well normally but injuries toss it into utter disarray.

Marc played like crap today but he was only allowed to continue to play like that, I beleive, because Flo got hurt and that forced them to put Free in there at LT.

If Flo could have gone I think Free would have replaced Colombo today because he was clearly struggling.

I doubt he was 100% but it wouldn't have mattered unless he could have played LT. Once Flozell went down we were done.

Yeah, we might have had a chance to stop the bleeding before that injury occurred. If we could have left Flo on Adams and put free on Edwards, those matchups wouldn't have been horrible. With the injury, that possibility went out the window and ended up mismatched at both positions. It was like paper-rock-scissors, and they took their rock and beat the hell out of our scissors.

Never said that at all. All I know is what was said on TV. Calf injury.

And then he was standing around and if I recall never had to be helped off the field.

There are players who only go out on a stretcher. Shockey, Witten, Romo, Favre just to name a few. Flozell just isn't one of them. No big deal really as long as a hangnail doesn't come along.

that basically means keeping what we have and they're not going to get any better and after seeing Free play LT today i'm not sure i wanna see that again any time soon. We can and should draft o line but if we want to be competitive next season we can't just throw them out there

Right, but you implied that the injury wasn't serious enough to keep him out. You don't think Flozell wanted to be out there? After the 1st playoff win of his career? You're also implying that Flozell isn't "tough" for sitting out a "calf" injury. Neither you or I are doctors and for this reason exactly.

DeMarcus Ware was paralyzed for a small amount of time and made the game less than a week later.

Just saying.
