I keep reading lately about James talking too much. Can anyone give me some examples? Not disputing it, just haven't seen it.

The salary cap may well become a joke in the next several years, it is so bloated it may return in essence to pre-cap form where the highest revenue teams payed the most generous salaries and depth would return to certain franchises accordingly.

Yes, it was a mistake. I've been saying it all year. I never thought he was that good. He makes no plays where you say "good play Bradie". Ask yourself, when is the last time you clapped for the guy? Smart thing to do was let him play this year out and play his heart out for a new contract. At least you might've gotten one more productive year out of him.

But I'm afraid now with the signing of James and to a lesser extent Ayondele there won't be room to bring any free agents in. Because if Baltimore doesn't franchise Adalius Thomas he would look great anywhere. He'd be the perfect opposite Ware and moving Carpenter to the ILB.

I've never been impressed with James' play. To me he is a very avarage LB at best and he's making Brian Urlacher type money. Whether in 3-4 or 4-3 the guy doesn't make enough plays. I really don't know what possessed the team to do his deal. I doubt that he'll be around to the end of hs contract. I see the team cutting their loss with him before it ends.
