Was RW out of play on that Flea Flicker?

I have seen this play about 100 times and it does not look like he even tries for the ball.

He misjudged the flight of the ball. By the time he realized it he was out of position to even make an attempt to jump and swat at the ball.

He took a shallow angle at the ball, if he would have played that ball deeper he would have had a chance at swatting it. Both he and Watkins bit on that flea flicker, both came up for run support and had to turn and look for the ball. If neither one takes a bite on the fake both would have been backpedaling and would have had a better chance.

I actually thought he just lost track of the ball. Seemed to have good position and then for some odd reason went out of position, so that's why it appeared to me he lost track of the ball.

He looked like he was trying to make a play on the ball and he either misjudged it or McNabb just threw an amazing pass but the ball was over his head either way.
