Was thanksgiving too early for the December swoon to begin?

Though I predict a win over da Bears, I fear for the rest of the season.

Do anybody see a swoon coming? Especially with visiting Philly?
I half highlighted two teams who are very dangerous. More dangerous than Bill Cosby around any female. And the ***skins will be playing for diGnity, dignity with a capital G. In Washington. And that Colt McCoy half begun to look good, gooder than extra gravy on a turkey. So that game worry me too. Hep me on this, mens and womans of the Forum.

What of the December Swoon. Do you belief it or not? can we get at least 2 wins out of 4?

Stop and be friendly and holla.

Yes I see it coming. Most likely end up 1 win away from the playoffs again. colts and eagles games arw not looking good for the cowboys. I think the colts are a better team than the Eagles and the cowboys dont match up with the Eagles. let alone the skins already beat dallas and the bears have embarassed dallas lately. Hard to dream of 3-1 in this situation.

would it suprise you that I am more afraid of the ***skins IN WASHINGTON than I am of the colts? I would not hold it against you if you slapped me and said to me indignantly, "Come to your senses mans!"

If you have been following the forum the last four days, you'd know that plenty of people are predicting a December swoon.

we have pretty much shored up the o-line..

next 2 years we better shore up the qb, d-line,safety,and a corner to replace carr.

i would love to see sean lee and ro play together...but sean is injury prone like a **.

carter is starting to look like spencer out there...no clue what is up with him.

if murray bolts...then we better get gurley.

also would not mind putting zack at left tackle and tyron at rt and moving free to og.

that would be sweet.

Obviously the Eagles and Colts are the 2 hardest games left on the schedule.................we will need to win one of them because 10-6 probably wont get it done

Of course we are more than capable of losing to the Bears and Skins so yes......................it is very possible that we see a 1-3 December or worse.

Chicago game could go either way. I used to trust in the offense to keep up if we had too, I no longer trust them. So with that being said, we could lose out, which is a huge possibility, or we could possibly get 2 wins. Teams figure you out as the year goes on, and once again, our defense and our offens has been figured out. It never ends well when that happens.

This team has not been good in both November and December against teams with a winning record for quite a few years. History is not on our side but history tells us this team should beat the two teams left on our schedule with losing records (Washington, Chicago). With a little help we could back into the playoffs or go 3-1. If we lose to Chicago our playoff hopes are all but done.

If we always half a slide late in the season I wonder if we should go easier on the players during training camp. Either that or half them better conditioned so they won't wilt like lettuse in a hamburger in the microwave.

I think that if they lose this one to Chicago, the hopes of a playoff spot are gone, because as this team is playing now, I give them little chance against either Philadelphia or Indianapolis.

It feels like all of that energy, innovation, and optimism have left town.

Players who started the season off strong have quickly faded too, almost like this team has run out of gas already.

It's like we peaked early and the fade is on...

I was hoping that it was just me but I agree. After watching the demise on TG it just took all the wind out of my sails. Then I start thinking of the last 4 games and how inconsistent our whole team is which takes me back to the last several years at this time and how this team has rarely built any momentum in December. Everyone is worried about Phili/Indi but I'm worried about Chicago. Cutler has had our number since he came into the league. Forte is healthy and those 2 big receivers against our corners? If our offense comes out flat or even struggles in the least bit with putting up points, look out.
I hate to be negative but the Phili game totally twisted my confidence level of us doing anything well.
