Early in the game right after a kickoff to cowboys close to the 20 yd line, there was a commercial break, and after the commercial, my friend and I heard half of a call about a personal foul on Romo and sure enough it looked like they lost 10 yards?? What was that?

If you're talking about when we returned the kickoff and got penalized, it was for Burnett blocking below the waist.

Hmm, ok, I just remember hearing them say personal foul and heard Romo's name mentioned in the same breath but maybe that was it.

No not that, earlier, after commercial break that came back late. We heard personal foul and Romo name uttered and they were on the buff. 10 yd line. Before commercial they were on the 20 or so after a kickoff return.
