Right and I'm wondering Buffalo Nobody's talking about the Buffalo Bills defense why because not the Dallas Cowboys How about the defense you just play How about the fact that the Cowboys would still be scoring on the Giants had they had more possessions that's on our defense We're losing the time of possession because of these type things but we look around the league and we can see that a whole lot of teams are giving up a whole lot of points..

Not excusing defense but I wonder why the Buffalo Bills are contenders and the Cows aren't when their defenses I mean isn't about limiting points i'm not pretty sure I have to go back and check the Buffalo Bills in case weren't looking gave up over 30 points two games in a row..

And I'm pretty sure that Washington today did not look like that much of a defense Are you wanna both there I mean these guys just don't see it they they're all over our guy look it looks like the defense needs time like rest of the league there are instances in which you revamp the entire one side of your team and in this case is their defense the roster and the staff are all new and we injuries now are taking away our safeties in our corners..

I'm willing to give it six games seven games let's get to the middle of the season let's see if they can catch up figure out what he done wrong and it may not look like it but I really believe they made small improvements and then they had some areas where they got worse so let's let it be more than two games..

Just a hunch, but Derrick Henry and Lamar Jackson might be too much to handle for the team that struggled to keep a lid on Jayden Daniels, Marcus Mariota and Croskey-Merrit
 
Same issues I was worried about in the preseason

Feeble pass rush
Weak CB talent
Running game taking a step back
Poor special teams coaching

Yes some progress, as expected. But still a long way to go. Hopefully it gets better exponentially.
 
This time of yr, find a way to rack up wins no matter how ugly they may be and try to get better each week
 
A win is a win and we avoid 0-2 so I’m happy about that. Larger picture defense needs a lot of work and early returns look like we are basically the same type of team as last year- offense needs to score 30+ to win.

Very premature take
 
Not sure if the running game is really an issue or if the Cowboys just decided they could attack through the air today.

Lamb was on another level.

At one point CP stop playing that soft zone and refusing to blitz on 3rd. Suddenly we got stops.

I run game looks like that but only because they decide they're gonna try to stop running the Cowboys not let them establish the power run and they think that it's going to take away the play action but attacking the other teams weaknesses they're allowing us to throw the football so I not keep doing the football by the way we had a big run take back by a hole and right at the end of the game I think they ran pretty well we're missing Tyleer Smith

We not give excuses tyler Smith's an All Pro left guard so our teams have injury they get to make excuses hurt that's why they lost maybe they didn't understand they were so down 17 to 3 to start that game that was were beating them with Jayden Daniels and with a bad defense and run game..

I understand where this comes from but look around the league the Bears they scored all the important in game one they scored two points in Game 2 this is what it looks like at the beginning of the year and by those Bears didn't have a defense and get one but they were better deep in Game 2 See how things just flip flopped.

Bigger run game at times when it's necessary they actually run pretty well They've been stacking the boxes and prejudice been getting out of those with the audible kill kill kill and then throws a bomb and he throws a big bass and he's completing them you're complaining look if they're in the ball they complain I believe that they have decided some teams that weren't allow us to run or the weaknesses is against the past our strength is passing so you keep passing until it becomes a problem..
