Correct I agree and people have recency bias somehow they give Dan Quinn a pass that Green Bay game started just like just about every game that we lost against a better team last season where they allowed the first drive to be at score and the first drive at halftime to be a score literally never put up any resistance about people just remember Dan Quinn is this driving force and the reason we're bad this year is because Dan Quinn is no longer here that's such a load of bull....

Our defense just got ran over to start that game and it didn't help our offense didn't look good but yes the Green Bay Packers were one of those teams that the first half of the season looked out of it and they came on fast at the end and got rolling and when you get into a playoffs rolling like that you are actually a lot better team than your record says you are that is why Eli Manning and the New York Giants have two Super Bowl rings the way they rolled into the playoffs and it just continued they rolled right over us it was an avalanche we were not ready for...

But I just have to remind folks Dan Quinn's defenses did that at least four times during the regular season they look just like that when you don't put up any resistance I don't care how good offense you have it's gonna be hard to win a game when you start the game giving up an easy touchdown and then you continue almost every drive giving up points all game housing offense ever supposed to catch up but we did not lose to a bad Green Bay team they were on a roll we caught them peaking...

I know the best thing would be a loss. Please don't lecture me but I just can't hope for a loss against Washington- regardless of their stupid name. In my eyes, this team is our biggest rival.

It is a shame conversation cannot simply center around the ramifications of a win or loss and the draft. Instead, some fans condemn fellow fans for not rooting for their team's loss--as if doing so somehow alters what happens in both the game and in the draft.

I will never root against Dallas winning. Rooting for Dallas makes me feel good. Watching them lose does not.

The ironic thing is rooting Dallas to lose, happy for a higher draft selection, wait eagerly for the NFL draft and then get pissed IF Jerry Jones does not select a pet cat. After months waiting.

Jones has an average gambling record. Why let him gamble with your emotions? It is self-defeating and unnecessary. Rooting for or against a game's outcome guarantees nothing. And certainly does not guarantee what Dallas will do in any draft at any pick. Jiminy Cricket Syndrome.

Not really but for this game I'm on board with the loss but we don't have to try to lose we don't have to hope for a loss when they wave their white flag meaning they're starting Trey Lance backed up by will grier we already know the writing on the wall they're not playing this game to win per SE they may not be playing to lose but if they wanted a chance they roll back out with Cooper rush you beat them four weeks ago...

But this is the one game the last game of the year where I'm so indifferent that if people are talking about losing and tanking I'm OK just one game that's it I'm allowing this one game not trigger me when people want a better draft pick by losing this particular game today i'll be OK with it..

But I'm with him though typically I don't wanna hear about rooting for a loss by our own team hoping for a loss hoping for a embarrassing loss to embarrass Jerry this whole blah blah blah thing it was NOT OK up until today. But I will wave the white flag as well and a loss could definitely benefit the Cowboys draft status and I'm OK with it for one week...
