Note every team in NFC East is in Top 10. It’s the largest market.

Skins have one of the largest stadiums which is a huge factor and what drives the Cowboys top revenue.

And the product on the field can be improved quickly
Revenue is what owners care about
Ego is second lol
Commanders have the potential to even improve revenue because it’s not just the team but the stadium itself you have to maximize
Jerry is the best at that and he makes billions off revenue that’s not related to the football team at all

sadly this is true, and after he dies, stephen and charlotte would not sell either.
The only thing we can hope for is him doing something that nfl would force him to sell the team.

Or that his wife divorces him and forces him to sell the team.
That is why we should root for his new daughter to win her defamation suit , and keep that story alive and maybe she might divorce him.
