We could have been 9-1 at the bye with Foles out for 2 months with a broken collar bone. Think about that for a sec.

The ironic thing is I went to school with the dude who hit Romo, Keenan Robinson...he grew up a Cowboys fan.

On your first point we don't deserve to be 9-1. On your second point about Keenan Robinson taking Romo out. Romo took Romo out not Keenan Robinson. Romo could have done 2 things on that play either change the blocking scheme or take the sack. But in taking the sack he needs to learn how to roll with the sack instead of turning his back to the blitz.

It sucks but looking around the division and conference, 10 wins is a sure bet to make the postseason. win against JAX then at worst split the next 6 and we're in for sure. The win vs Seattle may ultimately be our ticket in.

Yeah I'm thinking 10 wins is probably good enough to get in. I look at the teams in the NFC that should get to 10 wins: Philly, Arizona, Green Bay, Detroit?. I think Green Bay gets there because their schedule is pretty weak. Detroit I don't know I'm still not sold on them. Seattle could get there but as you said we have the tiebreaker over them. San Fran and New Orleans. It will be real tough for both to get to 10 wins and we have the tiebreak over New Orleans too. As you said we need to take care of business starting with Jville and go from there.

This is what I'm saying. The Texans weren't prepared to play him today and he still threw two picks. Give teams time to scheme him and he will have trouble.

I'm looking forward to his first Eagles "buttfumble."

Orton is really not any better. The guy can barely throw the ball 10 yards in the air most of the time and did you forget his season ending INT last year. It's amazing how people overrate former Cowboy players and some current Cowboy players.

This place is notorious for overrating players. With that said, orton is worlds better then Weeden. It's not even a question up for debate...

Tired of this argument. Orton is and always will be a backup Qb at best. He isn't starting material so no I definitely am not saying he's worlds better than Weeden. Romo is worlds better than Weeden, Orton isn't.

Cowboys fans should thank their lucky (blue) stars that Romo is coming back. Rogers had the same injury Foles just got and it cost him 7 games. This is a huge break for the NFC East contenders. Which is Dallas.

Philly's remaining

Carolina W I'll give them this one. All riled up for Sanchez and Newton has not impressed me.
@Green Bay L Sanchez aint going to Cheeseville and win.
Tenn W
@Dallas W I figure they will split again, and Dallas is better on the road still.
Seattle L Sanchez meets Legion of Boom
Dallas L Big road win for the Boys
@washington W
@Giants L Foles getting ready to come back, but not soon enough. Giants get some payback

10-6 possibly 9-7 with a few Sanchez meltdowns.

They had a backup in Orton, who actually has a higher QB rating than Romo this season, that I still don't fully understand why the heck the Cowboys didn't hold the line on and keep from leaving.

Orton and Romo did not get along. Orton refused to be on the same team as Romo.

I don't think Sanchez stinks. I think he was in a bad situation in NY and I think we are seeing several QBs who are dealing with that same situation there. I was in favor of trying to sign Sanchez in the off season but so what? It's done. You gotta race what you got. We have Weeden until Tony comes back and if Tony does not last the season, we have Weeden. It is what it is.
