Little Kayden had to have his left leg removed earlier this year because of complications due to a birth defect, but he has a new leg now and with a little help from a walker, he’s on the go.

His personality reminds me of my 3 1/2 yr old grandson, ... everything is amazing in his little world, everything is wonderful, all is good, he just accepts it and goes on, no matter what. Just like this little guy, he talks ALL of the time. He has something to say about everything.

Never seen him have a bad day, or be in a bad mood.

I hope and pray he can keep his outlook on life as he grows up.
