Isn't Chavous more of a SS type than a FS type?

He's a better free safety than Keith Davis, and that's all that really matters.

so was darren woodson and he was able to make the conversion to accomodate roy. he's athletic enough to do it i think. the guy can cover, he just won't have to be in run support as much.

Darren Woodson did NOT move to FS to accomodate Roy. I swear... do you people even follow the cowboys? Do you watch the games? Roy played FS until last season (2005) because Woodson was our starting SS.
