Did his year of sitting help him? He's looking pretty good. Yes, it's preseason, but he looks like a real QB out there.

I haven't seen him play since leaving Washington, but it could be any number of factors. The offense in Washington may have just been a very poor fit, and the staff, knowing what they had in Cousins may have been less flexible than they normally would have. Where as Cleveland may have actually built the scheme around his strengths. Also, he wasn't liked in Washington, maybe in Cleveland he has done a better job being relatable and humble, so most of his teammates either like him or at least are on the fence about him.

I will be watching him. I just think he is going to have a tough time staying healthy. Plus, that division is just physical football. Weather is also an issue. Griffin has always had an issue holding on to the ball. He will need to get better at this as well.

The reports last week of him getting a divorce and already having a large tattoo of his new girlfriend on his arm was just weird as well.

Hue Jackson has tailored the offense to his strengths. It's very much like the Kyle Shanahan offense, with a lot of formations similar to the Pistol and Spread.

I think the talent was always there somewhere, I think last season really humbled him. He may realize that the coaching staff knows what's best for him, and he should just sit back and do it that way. Clearly his way has him on the "bust" list.

Hope he plays well this year, I will be rooting for him. While he looks very solid this preseason, I need to see it in the regular season. Unless he is going to run this year like rookie year in Washington, you can easily rattle him to self destruction by sending the blitz all 3 downs. RG3's two main deficiencies is being unable to read a defense, and unable to go through progressions properly.

When Hue Jackson eventually fails in Cleveland Jerry better get his plane ticket on point because that's a coach I want badly! Get'R done.

I think he can carve out a decent career.

Mix of an ego, and a coach that didn't want him didn't do him any favors early on.

It's not a year of sitting. He's just in a better situation and appears to have been more focused on playing and not talking.
