Watching Eagles/Seahawks, And Noticed Something

The Seahawks have been flagged 3 times thus far in the first half IN A HOME GAME for running their patented 'pick' plays.

Carroll is screaming about it, but at 8:53 in the 2nd quarter Kearse just got flagged for setting a pick on the Hawk's #27, that was the second time in several plays they were flagged for doing this.

It looks like enough teams have finally complained about this and the NFL has decided to take this advantage away from them.

This is just one game with this particular crew, of course. But it's still nice to see. In case we end up playing the Seahawks in the playoffs, Jerry and Jason need to get in the NFL's ear and make sure Seattle gets called for running pick plays if they keep trying it.

I hate the fact a lot of officiating crews out there just decided to stop flagging them for running illegal pick plays because they did it so often. Carroll just thumbed his nose and said "Well we'll run these pick plays so often you'll have to flag us 10 times in the first half if you call it."

3 flags in short order in this game and they stopped doing it. Let's hope if/when we end up playing them we get a crew like this that won't let them get away with it.

I agree I think it is a very cheap play personally, I hope they continue to call it also
