I'm with you.

However, the excuse makers (you know who they are) will use anything they can.
Fun to talk about during the week, but I'm in game time mode and focusing on how we beat the Packers in their house on Sunday.
Don't care what anyone is thinking or saying, as not only a Cowboys fan but also an avid better, Dallas covers this spread easily.
Make some money MC and listen to me, you can thank me later....:D

The confidence comes from watching the games and knowing that the Cowboys are absolutely outstanding at rushing the passer and the Packers are absolute mess.
Unfortunately my lack of confidence comes in the fact that the league knows this as well and this being a nationally televised game The amount of holding that will be allowed to negate our pass rush will be absolutely frustrating and sickening

We are entirely capable of beating the living snot out of the Packers in their beloved lambeau Field and there's nothing I'd like to see more than Aaron Rodgers on his back frustrated and throwing his team under the bus.

People from the north consider this absolutely perfect football weather with the game being played in 30° weather but make no mistake this is a cold weather game for the Dallas Cowboys.

Ball security is critical!!!!!

That said I'm sure the league will keep this game competitive with enough penalties to keep the game within a touchdown at halftime.

I will be extremely surprised if they let our pass rush annihilate Aaron Rodgers the way we are capable of the Packers are already known for getting away with all kinds of holding tomorrow should be no exception.

But in the end we will win this game
Go Cowboys!!!!!

I’ll save my rejoicing for tomorrow if the Cowboys win. I doubt the Cowboys have ever been favored at Lambeau. It’s almost like some fans are forgetting that we’re facing one of the top five greatest QBs in the history of the game who’s ripped our hearts out in two playoff games. Hopefully everyone is still pounding their chests after tomorrows game or a lot of fans will be circling this thread and a few others like buzzards immediately after the game. I have seen more than a few of these threads backfire on fans.

October 6th, 1991. The Cowboys were 2 1/12 point favorites at Lambeau. More recently, September 21st, 2008. Dallas were 3 point favorites at Lambeau.

Losing is always a possibility. Although we've done some good losing to GB, none of those losses, including the playoff games, were totally unexpected. If we lose tomorrow to a team in a tailspin, that would come out of left field to me. Of course it's possible, hey, the Jags beat Buffalo last year 9-3 I think. Washington could be Philly tomorrow.

I don't believe in the ghosts of Lambeau. Or the legend of Aaron Rodgers. I don't believe any of that will have any effect on what's in front of us right now.

Cautiously optimistic is as far as I usually go.

This game however.... Lead. Pipe. Lock.

Rooting for or against the fortunes of a pro sports team might be the exception to the rule.

Unless one is rooting for injury or some other outside the lines factor, of course.

I forgot those games were played at Lambeau. I thought they were played at Milwaukee county stadium. The Packers used to play about two or three games each season in Milwaukee. If a team has enough bad luck against a certain QB or opponent it can get inside their head. However, the Cowboys have a lot of young players that haven’t played against Aaron Rodgers. We just need to jump on the Packers early. The surest way for the Cowboys to get upset in this game is to get off to a bad start.

Most excellent point, sir. Around these parts, though, we have an expression..."don't --ss off the woof Gods." (or Weauxf Gods)

I forgot all about that. The game in 1991 was in Milwaukee.
