Watkins sighting...

For the first two weeks of the season, we didn't see much of Watkins. He quietly led the team in tackles.

Teams seemed to shy away from the deep pass.

Today, we got to see exactly what he can do.

He had two good deflections, and almost took a fumble to the house.

If someone can find that cut of him jumping up nearly intercepting his second pass I would be greatful. Looked like he jumped 15 feet in the air.. Outstanding game..

He had a solid game in Jax as well.

If this is your first sighting then you must not have been watching very closely.

I wasn't responding to you as much as the thread itself.

I'm not saying that Watkins hasn't been a good player. On the contrary, he's really done well. You don't necessarily want your FS getting his named called a whole lot.

Not only that, our secondary isn't being challenged. It's nice to see that Watkins stepped up when they were challenged.

Watkins play is allowing Roy to return to what he was when we had Woody!

He is playing great.

He had a very good wrapup tackle early on in the game when tennessee was running well that prevented a big run, can't believe he's doing this well and was drafted in the 5th round.

Yeah that was a good tackle. I'm not sure what Parcells means when he says Watkins tackling could get him hurt. I just haven't seen it and I hope he makes whatever adjustments are necessary.
