Way too early Cowboys sack leader prediction

I hope you are right but only 3 teams had 50 sacks last year (and also only 3 in 2024) and I can't see any way this team is near the top of the league in sacks. I'd sign up for 45 right now if offered and maybe even 40. Who knows, maybe we break out but in order to get to 50 it will require someone getting to double digits IMO and maybe some praying......

The average yards lost per sack was around 6.5 yards.

Sacks are quite important. Of course, it's not all or nothing, as a pressure could result in a turnover or loss of downs, or the QB stepping up and completing a pass to extend the drive.
