I can Thomas being the #3 with Morris cut. The rest seem right. I am still holding out hope for a better solution at RT though.

Dan Skipper may give Cleary a run for that final O-line spot.

We may not carry 5 safeties. May go 6 CB's and 4 safeties.

Blanton and Frazier might be fighting Marquez White for that last DB spot.

If Jordan Carrell shows anything promising in TC, he will be battling Paea for a roster spot. It's not about him being better Paea September 1, which will be difficult. But can Carrell show enough to handle 15 snaps at 1T while showing Marinelli consistent improvement. Paea is your classic placeholder, just a matter of how long.

Unless Paea is bad, I don't see him being on the bubble or even competing with a 7th rounder for a roster spot. Paea is a former Maranelli player and all it takes is one injury and I'd rather Paea start then Carrell

As far as the 53 goes, I'm on board with 52 of them. I think David Irving will be primarily a DE, considering he played there most of last year and unless we cut TCrawford, he'll get too few snaps as opposed to LDE where he's splitting time with just DLawrence. With that being said, DMoore is the odd man out, since there is no need for 6 DEs.

I'm not quite sure, who gets the 53rd spot. Could be a WR, DT, LB or CB, though I'd be inclined to not keep a 6th CB. Depends on the UDFAs and the 7th rounders

I agree on Paea having the upper hand for sure. I'm just not as sold on Paea as others. Obviously Im not sure about Carrell either being a 7th rounder. i just think if both players are underwhelming, the younger player with some upside gets the nod.

Do we have any timetable on the Hanna / Swaim injuries. I assume at least one of them starts off on PUP.

Swaim had food surgery in March, but ESPN reported that he was likely only out until training camp. I wouldn't be surprised for him to open on PUP though.

Hanna had surgery last November on his knee, so I would expect his recovery without setbacks to have him ready for camp.
