I just saw that season 2 starts this Wednesday. I enjoyed the first season, was surprised they are doing another season considering the first season was able pack all three of the narrative of the books in it.

Any interest?

My expectations are very low.

Some returning cast... Some non-returning cast.

Probably a lot of "firing from the hip" when it comes to writing and direction.

Again, not expecting anything close to what we had in season 1.

The 2nd season premier episode wasn't bad...

It kind of went the way you would have thought if you scripted it based on what we saw at the season 1 finale, but it was entertaining IMO.

I made it half way through the first episode of the second season and was...meh.

It just seemed like it was rebooting from the last season except the younger generation is in charge.

Just did not feel like getting attached to a show that has a feel of not lasting long. Not really fair to the show but I was just not feeling it and did not want it starting like it did before.

The first season is very good.

And actually episode 2-2 starts out very good also...

Watched episode 3...

Not bad.

The season is NOT going as a copy of season 1, which is a good thing... The story is diverging down a different path altogether.
