Really and truly we are solid all around on D, we just need 1 trade/draft/FA pick up, and thats a corner, and a few substitutions.
If we get a another shut down corner, or at least a very solid cover corner for nickle, we are set.
If we get a great corner, if gives us many options
1) if we dont want to take Henry out, move him to FS and have Hamlin at SS, in Nickle situations, move him back down to corner, and watkins at FS, or just have the FA pick up, play nickle, or have henry play nickle on the outside and newman in the slot
Substitutions
1) start with roy, get him out of there, either move henry to FS, or leave Watkins in, Roy is a liability, he is not the same idc what you say, **** all that losing weight BS, learn some damn Coverage skills, and learn how to hit and tackle again, get rid of the goofy style, i know were paying him a lot, and it will hurt to cut or trade him, so just leave his *** on SP and the bench
2) sorry but Akin isn't doing much for us, put Burnett in, he makes plays and is fast and can cover, yea akin, stuffs a few runs, but he isn't making plays
Last but not least, get rid of spears, the D-line should be Canty, Fergie/tank, and Ratliff, in the Nickle D-ware, Canty, Hatcher, Ratliff
If we expect to go in with the same cast, at the same positions starting, and expect to be super bowl contenders, then we will get a real smack in the face
Thats all we need not asking for much, put reeves at the 4th, or cut him, and get a solid FA, or a solid Draft at CB, or Trade
as for the O were 2 players away from being dominate, Trade or Sign for a top WR, we have too, Either a speed demon in Benard Berrian, or a great WR in Roy Williams, or Larry, then get a RB to spell and help out Marion
we cant we just cant cover up 1 or 2 positions and expect to be unstoppable
