And we should be. In the first 3 games our offense was on (run and pass game), the reason I believe is because we backed teams off the line of scrimmage passing on early downs. Once Dak proved that he would throw to all parts of the field then we were able to run effectively. This last game it seemed like we went back to the "establish the run first" type of game plan and it didn't yield the desired results.
In order for this team to go to the NFCCG or SB then we will have to prove to teams that we will beat them through the air, and we need to do that early in the game.
JG was asked why did we get away from the run/pass ratio of the first 3 games and he said that he didn't believe the numbers that they were telling him. How he didn't know that they had gotten away from the ratio of the first 3 games is beyond me but I'm not shocked.
