We Are Getting No Respect From Denver Fans

Fellas, I checked out Denver's website to see what their fans were saying about our game next week and we are getting no respect at all.

They are putting us on par with the Raiders and talking %^&* about how their D is going to shut our run down and force Romo into mistakes.

For a team that had to have a miracle to beat the Bengals and played a pair of doormats in their other games, they sure are a confident bunch.

I still keep in touch with quite a few level headed Broncos fans and none of them think that it will be an easy game. In fact, most expect that this will be Denver's first real test and they wouldn't be surprised if it was also their first loss.

I don't think they have any idea how putrid Cleveland really is. They've scored 1, count it all by itself one, offensive touchdown in their last 9 games. Let that sink in for a second.

Those of us who got to see Cinci and Denver play saw two teams doing as much as they could to lose the game. One of them had to, and the Fates smiled greatly on Denver that game.

The only opening line I could find has us favored by 2.5.

Denver fans will not like to hear it, but they are 3-0 while 3-5 is farting right down their open mouths.

Combined record of the two teams Dallas has beaten: 0-6. Enough said.

Yes Denver is 3-0 versus teams that are scrubs, but we are 2-1 against winless clubs ourselves. Denver is playing good football and being physical on offense and defense. I taped some of their games and they will gives us problems. Lets hope the mental mistakes will be left home or we will lose this game.

Right now, I am working for a construction company out of Colorado Springs, Colorado. About half of them are Broncos fans and the other half are Cowboys fans. One of the Broncos fans, Andrew, is a young kid who is just this side of goofy. He and I have a 5 on the game. He thinks at 3-0 the Broncos are Super Bowl bound. I said, "dude, you won on a fluke against the Bengals and played the Browns and Raiders. Wake up." Yesterday he said, "it's not like you played anybody either."

The Giants are nobody? I guess he will learn later this year when they play the Giants. It's too bad that will be on Thanksgiving and this project will already be wrapped up by then. I would love to see his reactions.
