We lost to a Super Bowl contender today. We could have won and almost did. I am proud of this team. When we are this close to beating a Super Bowl contender I know we are not far away. Next year is our year everyone. Book it.


I know some of you will not like hearing this but you know it is true. But if we improve the OL. Use our 1st and 2nd round picks for it. Get a top OL in FA and sign Terell Owens. We are the #1 team next year.

Some of you blame Cundiff for the loss but that is wrong. I blame our OL. They do nothing to open holes for our running game. And do a bad job at protecting Bledsoe as well. Improve this and our Running game becomes a serious threat.

Best part is where we will be drafting we can get some top OL in the 1st and 2nd round. And get on in FA.


Another thing. If we had Terell Owens we win todays game easy. Owens is a player that dominates the game. DCs plan their whole game to stop him. We have no player on offense that strikes fear or creates problems for defenses liek Owens will.

Best part is a improved OL and Terell Owens in Dallas is very real.

I still think this is a 10-6 team that is ALMOST there. The best is yet to come.

I don't think Owens would have made a difference and fixing the O-line is easier said than done.

The defense is doing very good in spite of Zimmer. Not because of him. Just think how much better our D would be with a real DC like Jim Mora.

I don't think anyone REALLY thought we would be a Super Bowl contender this year. But we are. But we have some ground to make up on the elite of the NFL.

We need a solid kicker to make sure we get the gimmie FGs as well as the long distance ones.

We need a real solid FS as well. And we need someone to back up Flo at left tackle who is worth a darn. Tucker is not that guy.

But all in all I agree with Wolverine. Next year is the year we take the BIG step up to elite status.

One more thing, I think we can find another WR beside TO. I don't want that guy on this team.

This is effectively Parcells first year of rebuilding the team after getting fooled after the '03 season. It will get much better in the coming years, and it ain't bad right now.
