The most important thing so far is that he has elevated the play in his team mates, took control of the huddle, and won games in hostile and unforgiving places.No other qb besides Romo has done that consistently in 10 plus years. agreed. I think it goes hand in hand. This team is enjoying playing together, and i'ts great to see. That atmosphere at the end of the Philly game was electric. it has been a while.

Strongly disagree. It's all a matter of opinion I suppose, but there's an obvious "buzz" surrounding this team. The fact that we've proven we can now compete without Romo has instilled a ton of confidence throughout the season. The spirit of this years team vs last year is night and day.
