An outside linebacker on the first day.

What position do you hope we totally ignore on draft day?

Kicker. Period.

If we took a running back I'd be equally as pissed.

I always like the idea of taking a QB every draft.

I'd be furious if we took a running back as well, unless he was a lock to be our kick and punt returner.

Position: TE
Player: Taylor Mays

Since the first day is only the first round, I'd say this is a given.

Quarterback.

I'm open to anything else even OLB because there's no such thing as too many pass rushers.

If they get rid of Barber (unlikely) or traded Choice (also unlikely) then getting a 3rd RB via the draft becomes pretty likely. I dont see why it would be a problem.

Same thing goes for TE, it doesnt appear to be a need today, but if they moved Bennett it becomes a need pick at some point.

I dont see where picking a QB in every draft is a smart thing at all. It toally depends on the situation. Almost nobody keeps 4. We're certainly not going to. We're set with a probowler as a starter, a quality veteran backup and we just drafted a guy to develop last yr. Drafting a QB just for the sake of drafting one is a wasted pick for us in our current situation.

I liked the idea of taking project guys late in the draft, but Jerry of course screwed that up by taking McGee last year in the 4th.

a lil guy named Tim Teabow. i know it wont happen, so thats why i would be pissed if it did.

Also, i dont follow college football as much of the rest of people on here but just from what i hear i wouldnt be too happy if we settled for taylor mays either...

A tight end. And if we take one in the second round I'm driving to Valley Ranch.

Drafting a CB every year is a much better idea

QB and TE are the only positions I don't see the need to spend a pick on.

I will scream if we draft a linebacker period, we need OT, OG, S, Deep speed WR that can return kickoffs and punts first. :bang2: :banghead:

WHAT?

You don't think we need an inside linebacker? I dunno about you or anyone else, but I don't like the idea of Bobby Carpenter or the "developmental inside linebacker" J-Will being an injury away from playing.
