We can beat Philly.

Regardless of what the naysayers may say this team will not lie down and roll over vs. Philly. We didn't lay down vs the Giants after a tough loss. I doubt we do so next week.

It will be a close game and I have faith that Romo and the D will find a way to bounce back.

Obviously we CAN beat them, but the chances are just as good we blow them out as it is we get blown out.

That's what people don't understand. The guys that are jumping off the bridge are doing it because this team does this crap to them all the time. They look like a championship team one week and then they look like the Bungles the next week.

Inconistancy is what plagues this team more than anything else.

Yea..

Win or lose this is not a playoff team..

We will get embarrassed in the playoffs anyways.

At this point we need to beat Philly and have Atlanta or TB lose one game.

We had the playoffs in our own hands. As normal with this team over the past few years, we blew it. Even if we make it, we don't really deserve it. We controlled our own destiny and we played like crap.

To me, that's the EXACT issue with this team.

I almost fully expect us to luck out tomorrow and have either Tampa or Atlanta lose. And you know what, watch us respond by beating Philly.

You drew the parallel of us flopping versus Pittsburgh and following it up with a big win. But I'll draw a different parallel: Us getting a big win versus the Giants and then flopping against Baltimore.

That's what the Dallas Cowboys do this time of year nowadays. We're a topsy turvy team in December that is not incapable of getting a big win, but has been incapable of stringing any together.

Which doesn't make for a great recipe for the playoffs.

Sure, we might beat Philly. But will anything change in January?

If we just win ONE playoff game I'd be satisfied with this season. I want so badly to know what it's like experience a playoff win at a point where I can truly appreciate it.

We'll never know unless we get there.

I agree with you, and I wouldn't be surprised if the Cowboys beat the Eagles next week. This team is Jeckle and Hyde. If they can get in, they are very dangerous.

These last four games have been tough, hard fought, and close. The Cowboys should be able to break even in these tight games. The Ravens tested Newman one time tonight, and he made a great play on that deep ball. McNabb will throw it at Newman, and I think he will pay at some point in that game.

I seriously doubt that this team will beat Philly in Philly. Reid can outcoach Phillips any day of the week and Johnson can outcoach Garrett any day of the week. I this team was ready for the POs they would not have lost tonight.

Cam Cameron obviously knew that running play would work two times in a row from his years w/ Wade at SD. He knew once he ran it the first time, Wade would never suspect he'd run the same thing again, which is why he did and why it worked just as well the 2nd time. He knew if Wade "had never see that in a game in my entire life" he wouldn't know what to do w/ it...

I dont buy that for a minute.
We didnt execute. Its as simple as that.

There was nothing special about that play.
The Ravens executed it. We failed to get a hat on that head and missed tackles.

Cam knew Wade so he was able to dial up a play that would work twice. Nope. Sorry.

Come on, you know what he meant. This is not a playoff caliber team. Atlanta and Minny are more playoff caliber at this point than we are.

this team does not deserve to make the playoffs. they do not know how to step up in big games and take that next step to being a champion.
