Yeah, not having Newman, Spencer and a few backup receivers hurts. But if that is enough to prevent us from winning, just imagine how screwed we'll be if injuries really start taking their toll. Not to mention it wouldn't say much for the overall ability of this team.

Now, don't misconstrue what I'm saying. 0-2 isn't out of the question -- never is. But if we go 0-2 BECAUSE of those measly injuries...my, oh my.

This isn't chicken little but a hard dose of reality given all these injuries. Without Newman on Sunday I think we have real problems matching up with the Browns passing attack. And we all know how tough Philly plays us in Dallas. We need Newman and Spencer back in a hurry!

We have a team loaded with talent, a great and still improving franchise QB, were 13-3 last year and substantially improved our roster(!!!!), and we are in second year of our schemes that were new last year.

Every fan should be more excited about this team's potential than they have been since we the early 90's--if not ever.

If you can't get excited about a team like this, then you just need to end it because you will never be able to be excited about anything.
