WIN: This game is a gimmee win. We'll have home-field advantage because 3/4 of the population in AZ are Cowboys' fans. The crowd will cheer for Dallas and the Cardinals will fold under Dennis Green.

**, be careful good friend. I don't see us hanging in this game at all. You guys are clearly the better team,That being said, that's why the game is played on the field. I said we had no shot against the Bears, so don't think the Cards won't get up for this game if no other. If it was in Dallas, I'd say it's a lock, but if you guys are that damn good (and I still think y'all are the best team in the East) you would have smashed a soft as eclair creme Commanders team. This is not Sun Devil Stadium, and there will be a Cardinal presence there. (Myself included)

A win against the Eagles?

You make me laugh.

And what the heck is so impressive about your Eagles? Let me answer nothing.

Cardinals are the worse team in the league. They also have the worse fans.

There are more fans from the opposing team, then there are Cardinals fans at the games. It's just sad......

They're just Bandwagon fans.

They could always start booing injured players on the field. Then they would be good fans! Not to mention throwing batteries and etcetera...

They could start by showing up to the games.......before doing all of that.

Good point. Arizona won't roll over for us and they have played reasonably well at home (KC and CHI) They just haven't been able to seal the deal. Hopefully Leinart's first win will be against Detroit in two weeks.

optimism is a wonderful thing. it leads you to believe things like "well when flo gets back, all will be fine with the line!"

we've not played 2 consistantly good games in a row out of 8 tries, yet now we're just gonna do a mini-run of the table? what in the name of aunt marges garter belt did we do to fix the penalty problems? did the OL just all of a sudden decide to play well each and every play? did watkins get up and shout "APRIL FOOLS!!!! I can really play!"?

my bout of "realism" last off-season got me labeld a lot of things (and some keep coming back to throw anything they can back at me) but looking around, i wasn't far off.

this team has a consistanty problem we can't fix on the fly. we have mental breakdowns that will take time to analyze and correct. we've got an OL that's doing a hell of an impersonation of a turstyle at grand central station during rush hour, and our pass rush, despite parcells being such a vaunted defensive genious, isn't there.

but we want to think otherwise, so we say things like "we'll do better now!!" when nothing has really changed to get us there....

If we can't hold serve on our own court in the division, then we don't deserve the playoffs. Philly and NYG both won at home, now it's our turn to see what we can do.

Broadly speaking, we weren't all that far from 6-2 for the first part of our schedule. The Washington game we really should have had, and I could easily chalk up either the Jax or the Philly loss to errors made directly by Bledsoe that we might be able to avoid with Romo playing well the rest of the way. Not to mention the second half of our schedule doesn't have the 3 game road stretch.

We are what we are: 4-4, but I don't know that we don't just need some minor adjustments and to build some confidence. I'm sure there were people in Washington with your attitude last year, though, Iceberg, and that turned out ok for them.

I'm just glad we've got a pretty dang good team, with room to get a lot better.

in 2005,, didn't the BOYS start off 6-2 and limp to a 4-4 finish ??

I wish. They went 5-3, then 4-4, thus 9-7 and cleaning out the lockers.

stranger things have happened and we have the talent so i agree i think we finish the season off strong. we just have to hope that the team finally gets it together, stops committing idiotic penalties, and just plays up to his potential. A lot easier said than done but again stranger things have happened so its possible...

Hey, Pitt did it last year with a second-half run. It's doable but it will be an uphill climb. We have 8 games to go and because we’ve already lost to division opponents once, the best we can finish within the NFC-East is with a .500 record. With 8 games remaining, and the G-men and Philly still on the schedule, we absolutely have to win those division games. Of our remaining 8 games, 7 are NFC-conference games and we’ll have to win 6 of these 7 - including the two division games - to have a solid shot at the playoffs. The only non-conference game left on the schedule is Indy; that’s one game we can afford to lose and have it hurt us the least. Also, games against Arizona, Tampa and Detroit and very winnable; we are by far better than these teams. I expect we’ll win those. If we can also take care of Atlanta and New Orleans - teams that I think are more one-dimensional and therefore beatable – we’ll be sitting pretty with only our division foes – Philly and Giants – standing between us and the playoffs. Again, it’s an uphill battle, but doable.

I wonder what it is about our execution that makes you folks so optimistic? We are a .500 team that has good stats but kills itself with a continuing series of blunders and breakdowns in key situations. Parcells has admitted he is at wits end on how to improve our lack of disciplined play and focus. We had no one on the field against a hated division rival on Sunday that stepped up their play outside of Romo.

You folks continue to say it's doable.....and I ask....."by whom?"

Romo has so far shown to be for real. If this kid can keep it up we should be winning alot. We will win AT LEAST another 5 games, but I really think we will win 6.

QB was holding us back. I cant explain what happened at Washington. That was just a bad loss, but no one thought we would beat Carolina.

We will come out of the roadtrip at 2-1 and finnsih 10-6.

If Dallas goes 7-1 the second half of the season then Romo can run for Governor in a recall election in Texas.

With all due respect Timbo. I'm not them. Not that I entirely disagree with you, but I'm nowhere even remotely close to being a bandwagon fan. And we are the worst team in the league. That being said, we can still win this game Sunday. Longshot, but doable.

I'm hoping for your team to win this week.....if that's a plus.
