Did you see some of the other teams missed FG's so far this year. Dude it was a 55 yards, that hit the upright. A reliable K in TB, missed from much shorter yesterday allowing the media to love all over Jones for his 1st NFL win.

I wish they had let Maher try that 62-yard field goal at the end of the half rather than throwing the Hail Mary. That’s why he’s here, isn’t he?

Yeah, he was shaky on an extra point last week but he has only missed one field goal and it was no gimme.

Seems finding a reliable kicker is more difficult than a franchise QB these days. I think this fits into the “he is what he is” category; he’s a middle of the pack field goal kicker who isn’t lights out but is generally reliable.

He isn't the worst, but he's obviously not Dan Bailey at his best. Maher is definitely above average in my mind. As previously mentioned with some teams kicking woes the past years i'm glad we have him. Can he be counted on in pressure situations. I think he's proved he can his a big FG or two as he's hit some game winners for us. However playoff pressure is different. We will see.

I honestly don’t have the same confidence in Maher like I did with Bailey but there’s no reason to panic over him at this point.

He's just slightly off to the right. He has a monster leg, just need to tweak his kicks to the left. You'd think he could easily work it out. He's not shanking, he doesn't have the yips. Just looks like a mechanics thing.

This. Just being 100% under 50 and I can live with that miss over 50

From what I've seen even the majority of the ones he makes are even drifting to the right.
