3 & 12 a disgraceful 40 yd floater on Newman(the new Roy Williams I) and then a bullet to Gates , game over, season on life support.

We just quit , flat out quit. Our once dependable Defense has now been broken badly over the last two weeks in key spots.

I think we forget, if the Dallas D under Jimmy gives up a lob 39 yder on 3 & 12 - he goes crazy in the post game and next day - that was just unacceptable ! and it's like , 'ah well, shucks" NO NO NO!!! :bang2: :bang2: How do you get burned that bad!!

Heck SD wan't even that good today Sensabaugh(another average player) handed them their TD , Merriman hurt, LT aged, no Weddle.

YOU CANNOT LOSE THIS GAME TODAY.

If I'm Jerry? I', firing Wade tomorrow and giving Red the 4 game run to save the season.

Ware is the heart of this team, the source of power, once Ware was down on the floor I was literally crying, I have not shed a tear since my grandmother died 11 years ago, and I cried when I saw Ware on the floor injured, once I saw that I accepted reality that today would be a loss, but not the end of our season.

I'm with you man, I was hype. In high school our Captain got hurt in a playoff game and we all loved the guy so we started knocking heads off. Dallas is just flat out sofT.

The sad thing is the crowd was really into it to start the game, but we settled for a FG, then we surrended a TD to them on their first drive. Despite our mistakes and uninspired play, we were still in it until Ware was carted off. I agree with the OP; the Cowboys just tanked after that.

yes but every year we are lead to believe it will be different,so either it's certain players or they are not being coached well.

The better team won, having Ware on the field would not have changed the out come. SD made plays when they had to made and stopped em when they had to be stopped. SD or Indy will represent the AFc in the Superbowl.
