The Cowboys have an official We Dem Boyz t-shirt available at the Pro Shop for $21.99 for those interested. There is one for each gender. I wonder if there are any copyright issues with Wiz Khalifa.

I dont know about that shirt. Dont think its something I would wear even kicking around the house.

Thanks for this. Didn't know they were going to make shirts. Wiz Khalifa is going to be making a killing with that song since the Cowboys have been good.

Is it due to the slogan or the design? It's pretty simple looking which is why I thought about the copyright laws. They own the star logo but the words are just words.

It would be great if he performs it before a home playoff game (yeah I said it - we will have a home playoff game), but he would have to make the lyrics more family friendly.

I'm sure he could dumb down the lyrics for that $$$ and exposure for performing at a Cowboys playoff game

The design. It seems like its advertising something else. Never heard of the slogan before, but I gather hes a rapper or some type of entertainer. The Cowboy star seems like an after thought or a "sponsored by" slogan. I like my Cowboy apparel to SCREAM DALLAS COWBOYS!

Tons of celebs/NBA stars etc on twitter always hashtag #wedemboyz for the past 4 weeks since the Cowboys been on that streak.

Yes he's a rapper and I agree it doesn't scream Cowboys which is why I think they're trying to be careful for legal reasons. And the slogan/song are very popular. #WeDemBoyz is all over Twitter.

I disagree. The Cowboys star is quite distinctive and recognizable. It is a perfectly symmetrical blue star inside of a white star inside of a blue star. Everyone who sees it knows it is the Dallas Cowboys star.

I'm sure whatever potential licensing that might have been required was done before they manufactured the shirts.

On a side note, they do have a cowboys-themed version of that song and it's still just as catchy.
