We dominated and lost

The loss is a killer. We would have been in great shape with a win. Now we are on the outside looking in. We need to win 2 of the next 3 to give Romo a legitimate shot at saving this season.

We dominated every aspect of this game except the turnover battle and the late game special teams plays. Gave up a pick 6 and a kickoff return for a touchdown. Played with a backup qb who has been on the roster only a few weeks. Dez did not play. After all that it still took a muffed punt to put us away. We also missed a couple of turnovers by a matter of inches. Had a td called back on a bs flag.

All this against supposedly the team to beat in the division. If we somehow stay in the hunt until Romo returns I see no reason we won't win the division. With him, we are at worst 5-1. It looks bad now but if we somehow beat the Seahawks, we could be in decent shape.

Pretty much dominated week 1 too and almost lost that as well due to turnovers.
craziness

-4 in Turnovers isn't domination.

Allowing 132 yards and 5.3ypc on the ground isn't domination.

Yes, they did hold the Giants to 7 points which is fantastic, however, IMHO the Giants are one of the most uninspiring offenses in the NFL. Man are they are ordinary.

Long story short I think domination is too strong of word.

When you rush for 233 yards it is winning the rushing battle. But they lost the passing battle by throwing 3 INTS, which cost the Cowboys potentially some points.

"Dominated" in turning the ball over?

The throws looked bad. But if you really dive into it, two of them can be blamed on timing due to lack of working together. Bad timing or not though, the comeback to Terrance that was taken back should not have been thrown.

We missed a pick by inches that grazed the ground before it hit Jones's foot. Also missed the fumble return by a split second once forward progress was blown dead.

It just seemed like everything went against us.

Cromartie pretty much single handedly beat us yesterday.

Just tip your cap to the Giants.

For some strange reason I am not as mad as I would normally be because I don't feel like our coaches are the reason we lost.

This was basically the same game as week 1 minus a Romo and plus a giants kickoff return.

It's not good enough to dominate if you're not going to take care of the ball. Turn overs are the great equalizer when you otherwise would handedly win. I don't know if Cassel can play without the INTs but if he can't, we can't win.

That "domination" was offset by the horrible performances from Terrance Williams, Rolando McClain, and Cole Beasley.

Yeah the turnovers are inexcusable. But you didn't leave that game yesterday with the same feeling as you did after the losses with weeden. With him, you got the feeling we were completely helpless on offense. Only thing that slowed down our offense was ourselves. What did we punt, twice? I remember four straight 3 and outs against the pats

Don't forget that Beas Gem fumble in the 1st game by DRC as well.

Our running game showed up yesterday, but it doesn't really matter when you have crap at the QB position. Still though, we could have won 3 of the 4 games we lost.

Agree on all points, the other observation is that this is what Dallas Giants comes down too. First game we literally gift them a win and they gaffe at the end, and Tony saves us. This one we dominate, but they get scores from Defense & ST. Other years its a lucky bounce off a player or a fingertip away from a miracle game ending
reception by Dez. They are always entertaining & frustrating to say the least

Game of turnovers. They got 3 from us & we got zero from them. Dominance usually goes out the window when that happens.
