Yep, after nearly 30 years of failing, you would think that would be enough for us to know the end result. We've changed EVERYTHING out but Jerry and son and still the same results.

Changing qb, changing HC, changing this or that player won't fix it. Why? Because our FO is going to draft the SAME kind of HC and QB that has gotten us 30 years of failure. The same no-accountability culture will be established that allows players to say 'aw shucks, I'll try better next time' only to return with the same level of performance.

The FO will not bring in the hard-nosed, high accountability coach that has control of his roster. Our roster will largely consist of players that the FO 'likes'. This is not a merit-based organization and we will not beat teams that are.

The players are entirely too comfortable. It is indeed a country club. Everyone makes great money for 18 games now while training at the world class facilities and goes into the offseason.

I hate it for the one or two players we have who really want to win a championship and that's why I said I hope Parsons leaves...for his sake. Don't stay here and waste your playing days. We're not winning anything.

There's a reason why so many different orgs have stints of success, fall off and rebuild. Meanwhile our ceiling is 2nd round. I wouldn't be surprised if the Steelers are good again in a couple of years. Eagles won a superbowl, fell off and rebuilt. The Rams will probably be good again in a few years. Meanwhile, we know what our superbowl is. 2nd round of playoffs is it.

And AZ with a new upcoming coach from the iggles in one off season got better real fast....their D is playing great for the players they have...their offense looked great with a second tier QB...its sad jerry wont allow that...

Those two are perfect for each other tbh. McCarthy straight up lies in his interviews to get the job, and Jerry lies by trying to convince people he knows what he's doing
