I don't even know what Stewart is even doing here. We have a coaching staff at practices/games, yes a poor one, but we don't have a Head Coach like other teams do. No one here looks up to Wade, Romo's calling off the punt team said it all.

It's laughable and dumb, but true.

He doesn't demand respect.

He doesn't get respect - See the team winning when his job may be on the line.

He doesn't produce results - See a talented team like this not even making the playoffs.

He doesn't get in players faces show emotion etc. Just looks like he's waiting for a bus at a bus stop on the sidelines every game.

Press conferences sound like the guy is about to fall asleep let alone put me asleep.

Looks confused, tired, worn out.
