Or how about two first rounders for a 5'11 180 lb receiver because you definitely can't find one of those in the first round. Or the second.

We will draft a RB in a deep RB draft next season. We should most likely draft 2 of them.

Make them split time, so neither gets warm down. Neither gets big numbers and neither will get a big contract extension.

We can trade players and just tank. That would be a better area to explore then trading for players to get better.....because that ain't happening.

One could argue our top players are worthy of being traded, but no sane minded team is going to take on those horrid contracts.

Only one I could think of is Parsons but he has look rather putrid this season, so his trade value is currently low.


Besides them, who from this team has legit trade value? Aubrey? Thats it.

At this point I would be happy to trade Parsons to the Raiders straight up for Maxx Crosby. How bad must the Raiders be to lose to the Steelers yesterday by almost 3 TDs?

While I wasn't against the Trey Lance trade, it was a risk worth taking, not having that 4th round pick to take a RB has hurt them. They could have had Bucky Irving of Braelon Allen with that pick.

Yup that's the problem. Jerry completely over corrects. He'll go from overly aggressive to overly passive.

Why this FO can't find a middle ground is beyond me.

It was pretty bad. We signed him to $50 million over several years and he was one of the worst cornerbacks in the league. Stephen even commented on how bad the contract was while Carr was still here.

This team will only get worse if they sign Parsons to an extension. We're not going to have the cap space and his play is going to decline significantly. Did anyone see him laughing on the sidelines with Demarcus Lawrence while the defense was on the field? We were getting blown out at that time. We don't need guys like that. He's overrated anyway and disappears.
