I am having a hard time with this how about you? I can't believe this offense got taken to the wood shed by a guy who didn't seem to have a clue how to coach defense before the Commanders game. Seriously!!!! What in the world was Boy Blunder doing all week to prepare this team? So frustrated.

Maybe Mudd was a good coach all along and nincompoop fans didn't realize it?

7 offensive points and another laughably bad series in the redzone. Jason is lucky Rob screwed the pooch even harder than he did this week.

The defense has been good all year long up until last night. The offense has looked terrible all year they look confused and over matched. I swear when Kitna was QB last year Boy Blunder called the games differently. Frustrating.

Well, he was an OL coach, and he figured out the weakness in our OL pretty well.....he looked at the film and said....hmmm, they suck, go get em boys....

Not sure there was much to figure out.

Part of why we did better last year was the defense forced lots of turnovers giving the offense short fields.

It also helped that Felix was healthy last year and a major threat in the receiving game. He got hurt at the start of week two and that has really hurt our offensive gameplan and ability to create mismatches in coverage.

The other thing that has hurt us is how bad this interior OL has been compared to last year's. Last year's group wasn't great but 2010 Gurode is much, much better than Costa and Kosier has really regressed from last year with this new foot injury and he is now worse than Bigg was last year. At least you had to go around Bigg whereas DTs are now going through Kosier. Holland is okay but he is no world beater and is a step down from 2010 Kosier. Somehow we have changed everyone around but ended up worse in every position than last year. In fact, the only position we are better at this year than last year is RT as Free played better last year than this year.

Seriously?

2 weeks to focus on a team is a long time. Most teams in the Eagles situation are going to use that time to really get focused and practice on fixing the issues. Let's not forget how backed against the wall they were. The Eagles aren't a joke. They have a very talented team. So do the Cowboys. The focus was w/ the Eagles. They were dedicated to getting that 1 win at home so it could somehow save their season. I get it. Im not surprised they played so well. I am surprised we played so close to dog crap.

Our guys got maybe 4 days to prepare and were not in the Eagles shoes of desperation. Both teams obviously played complete different games.

Teams can do it and it doesn't surprise me AR had this team focused throughout the entire 2 weeks.

Red has a LOT to learn about getting and keeping the team focused.

Did you see any sort of quality execution on the offense last night?

Kudos to the E-Pukes.

Interesting seeing people here acknowledging a weakness that they denied vociferously in the not-too-distant-past

The "we just got beat by a better team" stuff is priceless.

The way I see it, one team wanted it more. I remember one play in particular with Ware up against Jason Peters I think. His effort wasn't exactly a get to the QB at all cost. It was a "he blocked my first move, what do I do now."

our d got whooped and put our offense in a bad position. one untimely turnover and that was all she wrote

How did the Defense put our offense in a bad position? They didn't help jack but it's not like an offense putting the defense in a bad position by giving the ball away.

I understand this part of your post but the rest I have no idea. As for that first part, were you watching the game. Our defense didn't stop the Eagles at any time until the game was out of hand. That puts tremendous pressure on your offense. That's how they put our offense in a bad position.
