We got our War Daddy

Plus we got an extra pick going into tonight while screwing over the Giants!

LFG!!!
I am kinda of thinking this as well. He has that "dawg" in him and certainly has the talent.

I was initially down on him opting out last year but honestly, we don't get him if he plays last year. This could be a monumental steal of epic proportions!

Parsons is better than too many fans here think. He’s still young and has a lot of upside.

But playing LB in the NFL has a sizable learning curve from College FB where Parsons was at times the best athlete on the field. In the pros there are a ton of great athletes he’s suddenly going to be matched up with, so he may not be an immediate star. It may take a half or a full season to see what he’s capable of.

Very true. Some fans forget Penn State is the factory of great linebackers. Very tough position. This kid plays hard meaning get ready for injuries. Still amazes me how some of these fans called Sean Lee a China doll.

The man lasted 14 years playing football. He was as tough as they come. Eventually the body says no more. Sean was taught by the best. Joe Paterno.

I’m not drafting a position of little value with the need to project his upside with my first round pick.

He’s very talented but the things he puts on tape are skills that any ho hum linebacker can be good at.. Including Jaylon Smith.

We need him to be good at things that Vander Esch is good at.. The rare skills.

I'm guessing you wanted to watch LVE and Jaylon for the next five years?

Good thing you aren't drafting.

LVE I’m a big fan when healthy.. He’s a rare talent..

Jaylon needs to go.
There in lies the problem he's not really ever healthy he came in the league with injury concerns. Secondly Parson is far better at the things LVE is not good at which is getting off blocks and getting to the ball carrier not getting washed out on the second level. That to me is why Parson was selected.
