We first must realize our priorities are out of whack under our ownership.

12 win playoff seasons allows this ownership to continue its ways without too much blowback.

This owner can hype this type of team. If we are truly wanting the kinda of change most fans are looking for we will need 12 loss seasons.

And then there’s no guarantee our idiotic ownership can rebuild any better.

We do the same crap we have been doing for almost three decades. I dont understand why every year some fans always think "this next year" is going to be any different then the past.

Sure the person standing on the side line pretending to be the coach may change just as the QB or any of the other players playing may but the end results are not going to change. As long as Jerry Jones has control of this organization, the very top of the peak for us fans is our team being the NFC east champs. Just embrace it and enjoy the ride instead of being disappointed every year because we are not something more.

Sadly…Dallas will do nothing. They’ve won 12 games every season for the last 3 seasons, so the tickets keep selling and merchandise keeps flying off the shelves…and Jerry can sell that they are going to go “all-in” and that they are on the rim” because that is what the fans want to believe.
Jerry will only make changes when the team’s performance starts to impact profitability, or when the Texans eclipse the Cowboys as the prominent football team in Texas. To that point, the Texans appear to have hired a good HC and have a franchise QB with which to build around…and are willing to make the moves to make their team more competitive; while the Cowboys are content to maintain the status quo while giving lip service to the fans with respect to improving the team.
