very lovely and I tell ya I have 2 boys well men now I guess and 2 little girls...I must say it was a bit different for me having girls...my boys are always saying things like "you would have never let us get away with something like that or you were never that lite on us their mother says they got me wrapped around their finger" but if so I don't mind.

My baby girl was born at 5:58am this morning, weighed 8.6 lbs and 20.5 inches tall. Both mommy and baby are doing well. Daddy is besides himself and a bit tired. Will post pics when i have a chance.

Thank you all. We are absolutely thrilled to have her. There are just no words to express how I feel. Those with kids can relate.

Her name is Selaam, it means 'peace' in my native language.

Yes, her brother has met her and he is starting to warmup to her. He's still a bit confused though.

@WG... Do you know how much it takes out of you to hold somebody's hand for hours when they are in unimaginable pain and discomfort? Its much harder that it looks/sounds...
