The problems specific to leadership here most definitely predate Jason Garrett's reign as coach.

Garrett has been good at being good enough at the right time to save his job. 2014, coaching on an expiring deal( which never happens) and 2016 coming off a horrid 2015.

2018 I think it has caught up with him.
