We just have to wait to judge this draft.

As always, people are going to be quick & emotional on both sides when it comes to judging this draft.
For me, the first day was an A+, and was pretty easy to grade. After all, we get two first rd. picks next year, the Browns' pick looking to be at least in the top 12-8.

The second day, however, had more than its share of head scratchers. If Stanback, who is one of the best athletes coming out, can find a position, then I give day two a strong grade as well. Obviously, there are always other players of need we all feel should have gone where another was picked, but overall, we did get faster & deeper in the secondary & OT, the addition of Anthony Spencer has finally given DWare his counterpart, so the pass rush has been improved. As Spencer gets attuned to his new position at OLB, the ILB position will ultimately improve by moving Carp inside. We also got the best kicker at the Combine, although I didn't think that was such a priority since Grammitica came aboard. Oh, well, at least Folk can fill in at Punter if McBriar gets dinged up.

So, I would grade this year's draft a B for now. However, I am looking forward to next year, when the draft as a whole will be quite a bit more talented, and we have TWO FIRST ROUND PICKS!!
