None of these guys are impact back. We needed Hampton or Johnson . Both were there when they drafted. Instead we pick a rg, we did not need and a crippled corner

drafting in the NFL is a Sisyphus job,you stick to your dratboard completely and pick good players in every Rd but more than likely you have not addressed your needs and you will get panned but if you reach for players with your needs like the last 2 drafts we end up with inferior players like Mazi who are terrible and you get panned for that too.IMO drafting BPA is the way to go and use FA to fill gaps in the roster.

We could have had Hampton at 12. We pass and draft a Guard, that they did not need. This pick screams. Wasted pick. Booker has a 2nd round grade. So than they get another chance to get a good back. Johnson available. What does Jerry do. He picks a crippled corner and than does a dance. So now we have three defensive backs who will start the season on the PUP list. This sums up the last 30 years.

Same here. As despicable a character as Jerry is, there can be moments where there's something slightly likable about him.

If Jaydon Blue or Bhayshul Tuten is still available by the time the Cowboys first 5th round pick comes up, they would have to be absolute idiots to pass up on either one. I doubt both make it out of the 4th round, but I hope at least 1 of them does make it to us in the 5th.

100% agreed, but you won't make the stubborn fanatics understand this.

Something to think about, our two fifth round picks get us into the high middle of round 4, pick 120 or 121.

There are still a number of potential #1 backs in this draft, but I don't know if they are going to stretch into the 5th.

I don't even know if bundling two fifths would be considered aggressive, but is this something you would like to see?
