We literally do not have a running back

Bleacher had him at 33. The first pick in the 2nd round. That's the lowest I could find.

Kiper had him at 18. Pro Football Network had him at 17. Brugler had him at 24. Daniel Jeremiah had him at 17.
There is a difference between a grade and projection. For example Brodduas had 14 players with a round 1 grade. Booker was not one of them

Grant. Whom Mia gladly snatched up soon after our pick.

Yes, we needed an OG and Booker looks great. However, we're still not going anywhere as long as the middle of our D is weak, and it's embarrassingly weak.
To me Grant was a forced pick. I don’t want to force a pick for need because that’s how we got Mazi to begin with. Granted, they are different players and different prospects….the rush defense needs more help than Grant IMO.

And? No where in the post I quoted, or in my reply was the word "grade" used. We were talking about where they were PROJECTED to go.

And that meathead Broadus is about the last football "expert" I would care about listening to.

Hate to stay as a finesse team
Give me a Riggens, Earl Campbell type attitude on offense with a changeup ball thrown in

might be better big backs than Scataboo, but not many with the intensity he brings
Skattebo will be hated after a few tackles behind the line, his slowness hitting the holes, and his lack of speed. Dallas needs a home run hitter.

Come on, does this not worry anyone. What are they doing
It's been 'worrying' me for at least two years. He had a decent year in '24, but Dowdle wasn't an RB1. Still grinds my gears that we didn't get Henry. Every team that makes a deep playoff run has a real running threat. No legit play action threat makes the QB position exponentially more difficult to play in the NFL.

38 picks in round 3.

Just 1 RB drafted.

Teams know how deep this RB class is.
Most of those teams already have a good RB or 2/3 ( More so when you compare them to what Dallas has)
Even the Pats took a RB with having Rhamondre Stevenson

OK. So who had him in the top 15 as you wrote ?

I cant believe you couldnt find a lower grade. PFF Had him at 48. Just another 20 sec. search: https://www.pff.com/draft/big-board?season=2025

You dont research much do you ? Makes your comments look like to be taken with a grain of salt.

BWT Bleacher had him at 32 not 33. Still they projected him into the 2nd round.

I also wanted a running
I wanted a running back too, but hard to complain about the picks made. All good players and at positions of need. There are still a few rb options remaining and hopefully we make a move for one today.
I also wanted a running back but this was about they didn’t want the left guard or right guard whichever he may play. This was a great pic.

We have loads of holes, because our front office is so incompetent, and you can’t address them all with three picks, which just highlights how stupid it is to employ bargain bin shopping in FA as an implacable strategic axiom. You have a couple bad drafts, which every team has no matter how good their FO is or isn’t, and you’re in a hole you can’t get out of for years.

I’d have been fine going DT at 12, as well. My main hope with drafting is to get a good player at each pick that will meaningfully contribute. If a team, on average, does that at a good percentage from draft to draft, then you’re a team that can say you consistently draft well.
If you're not building toward a super bowl, then what good are these "good players"?

- Jon Machota had us double dipping at RBs in the very late rounds particularly the 5th round .. basically that's adding a RB .. just for the sake of adding one. (sigh)

-.Otherwise look for " Post-draft" veteran FA running backs - Nick Chubbs,.. JK Dobbins ...CAm Akers ...D'onte Foreman ...etc.

- Or a late round (conditional ?) 2026 trade for a vet back ...( Breece Hall ?)
