With our offense sputtering like it is. We will be leaning heavily on the defense, and I like what I am seeing right now.

Defense:

LB's:
Lee and Ware are just monsters right now. I am seeing a lot of fire from them and its awesome. Lee has 2 interceptions in 3 games, he is gonna make QB's nervous about throwing across the middle and I like that.

Secondary:
Safety play has improved a ton from last year. We are not seeing as many long balls this year.
We had a couple balls that should have been INTS dropped and I hope we work on that some.
CB's are still fighting injuries hopefuly they can get back to 100% soon.

DL:
We are getting good push in the trenches and this is allowing the LB's to come in and make plays, thats what its all about. Ratliff is a Beast on that line.

Offense:

Our O-line is young and inexperienced they need to start clicking soon.

WR's its time for the young guys to step up. Get your heads into the play book, ask questions in meetings. If it was me I would have that play book and I would be in someones ear asking questions 24/7 until I understood the offense.

The running game is not gonna get established until we commit to it. We need to give one RB time to get in a groove, get a good read on the defense and how the linemen are handling them.

Special Teams:

Great play so far, good field position battle. Great coverages.

Glad we finaly have a kicker that is hitting FG's.

tackle fundamentals is clearly better, less impact tackles, more leg and over the body tackles. I love seeing that
