IMO the younger WRs (tolbert, brooks) really didn't develop much under Prince, didn't improve route running, etc.

Losing Al Harris sucks. (but a new HC should be able to hire their own staff, even though jerry won't let them do that)

IMO Harris did a good job helping young DBs develop quick (Carson, Bland, Diggs... even guys down the depth chart like Thomas, Bell, Hall, Booth)

It will be interesting to see what kind of a staff the new HC is going to be able to cobble together. Only the Saints and Cowboys are currently looking for a HC. I don't believe many from the McCarthy Staff would like to work for Jerry.

Saints have second in-person interviews lined up with Moore and Brady. They probably are targeting 1 of them. Dallas is just “looking” apparently.

Not sure exactly how much the Cowboys "lost" with him leaving.

We lost consistency and continuity.

They are leaving because they see the Cowboys as a sinking ship.

Another problem with the Jones’s dragging their feet is whoever they do hire is going to get the assistant coaches nobody else wanted.

This is a complete debacle and shows how much they do not value coaching.

It seems they don't value coaching, players or fans.

The whole he wasn't highly respected in the front office thing sounds ridiculous. On the surface he looked like our best coach. I guess the Jones boys aren't all that interested in results on the field.

This one is a good loss. Was never a fan of him. He was the OC for Boise State for a couple years and he was terrible.
