Jerry Jones owes it to us as fans and season ticket holders for his 1.1 billion-dollar stadiums to provide us with a NFL caliber team. What I saw the past two weeks was football I’ll expect to see at a highschool JV football game. I believe the reason for that stems from coaching. Jerry cannot afford to have the same staff that flopped this season in next season and still thinks we're going somewhere. The blame isn’t %100 coaching. This team is the biggest group of underachieving premadonnas I have ever seen and the last two weeks...no the last few games I have never been more ashamed to call myself a fan. It hurts me to remember players like Bob Lilly, Roger Staubach, Emmit Smith and other late great Cowboys players who played with the passion and love for a city and who all played with the same heart and goal. I see this shell of a team and I see 53 individuals, I see highly paid children who knows nothing about the meaning of that star they so casually wear on their helmets. This is not the Dallas Cowboys... Not by a long shot. When we were going 5-11 we knew what we had we had a 5-11 team but Wade tricked us and Jerry tricked us into investing time money and emotions to a team who couldn’t pull out a decent good bye to Texas stadium. I’m only 23yrs old but I know about the cowboys I know the history and the players that carried that star with pride.... And this team isn’t fit to carry that teams jock strap. For those of you who know me from this board know that I have defended the cowboys through every turn but watching the play of this team this season has made my stomach turn and Jerry must do something next season to help us believe that the cowboys are not a flashy gun with no bang. I’m tired of being "next year champions"
