Jason Witten is a leader on this team. Unfortunately, he is not a verbal leader. And Terrell Owens pretty much emasculated him a couple of weeks ago. Keith Davis and Brady James are leaders on this team. Brady's play this year has finally caught up with his mouth. Davis played banged up the last few weeks and played as well as Roy Williams over the last two years, I know that ain't saying much.

We need players that make plays, not penalties...if you find some people that make plays, then locker room leaders are not so needed...this team has zero focus to details. Like I said to the other person that suggested this, it wont make any difference.

The Ravens are in the playoffs because they are eons better coaches than we are, not because they have Ray Lewis.

We are a poorly coached, poorly prepared and undermotivated team. They play like garbage on Sundays because they are not accountable during training camp, practice or games for poor play. the tackling is cow dung week after week because they are fundamentally poor. The execution is bad because they are fumdamentally poor. Adding Ray Lewis isnt going to change any of that with this coaching staff.

Please. Everyone knows Roy is burnt toast on the field against the pass. Roy hasn't been an impact player since he was a rookie.
