Any one notice the players and coaches walk off the field at half? San Diego players were giving high fives, jogging to the locker room. The Cowboys on the other hand, with Wade DEAD CENTER, sulked and strolled into the locker room. As soon as I saw that lifeless, pouty bunch wuss their way into the locker room at half I knew that game was over.

what gives you any evidence Stephen can handle it? The only way he can prove it to me is if he hires a GM.

That is what i want.. Because Jerry will never hire a GM. I think Stephen would actually hire a GM.

I hope so too, but im not all that excited on him taking over. Ill give you an example. Hank Steinbrenner. The boy has no backbone, hes leading like a kid with an army of stuffed animals and his old man wants to lock him out.

Now i understand Stephen wont overstep his father. Thats just being smart and being a good son, but if he had went to bat over a few things that his father disagreed and we found out (or maybe I didnt hear them) I would be more inclined to say yes i want him there now.

Without a GM and a backbone, I cant say for sure I would want him to take over. Not that I have any confidence with the cronies Jerry surrounds himself with, but Stephen is a pure enigma right now, and im not one for jumping ship without knowing the raft i am jumping into, I am sure you would see that as a valid point of view.

The coach isn't the one who can't score from the one yard line 3 times. The coach isn't the one giving up crucial conversions on third downs, he's not missing FG's. This is a talent problem. Our talent is vastly overrated. Read JJT's article today. The players did all that barking at the media this week, but failed the coach when it mattered.
