We can't let Kellen Moore go.

It would be a catastrophic mistake.

I remember when they hired him/ promoted him to offensive coordinator and Jerry said that we were hiring the next Sean McVay and a lot of members of this forum, myself included, laughed our butts off at that idea. And I think we might have. We can't let him go.

Jerry's got to pull a rabbit out of the hat on this one

Garrett was boy wonder at one time too....and as it turned out, he sucked.

Jerry will need to put his money where his mouth is when it comes to things like this.

If Kellen wants to be a HC then we just have to let him go

as impressive as hes been i dont know if i cant handle another HC in waiting situation

the last one didnt work so well

I don’t think he’s going anywhere anytime soon. I think I team with a goodish roster would have to knock his socks off

If Kellen Moore is offered a head coaching job and wants to leave you can’t just force him to stay. Most coordinators are looking for head coaching jobs. It’s a steppingstone to becoming a head coach.

Every week it seems someone posts one of these.

I listen to Fisher each day. Hes said next year Moore is gonna be a head coach. He predicted the Raiders. If we make, at least the NFC title game, how could you tell a guy hes gonna be coach when I fire Big Mike?

That was a total con job by Garrett - he never showed anything extraordinary in his play calling or play design, at least for this year - Moore has come up with some nice designs and called some good games.

Moore has done a great job...i wonder how much influence MM has had

Garrett was only Boy Wonder because of crap hype.
He was monikered before he even did anything.

Kellen is out there doing things.

And I'm the guy that doesn't see HC in him.

But I know I'm a very fallible human and that's not a bad thing.

so you think the offensive guru, big mike is writing up plays for moore?

To be so bold to assume: Ranch was just wondering how the collaborative efforts function.
My guess is Moore runs the entire offense. Mike comments during game.... RUN IT, or go for it on 4th. But other than that, its all Moore.

I wouldn’t mind keeping him but honestly with all the talented resources we have on offense, any good experience Offensive coordinator should be able to come in and keep the wheels rolling.

disagree. The game is changing. We dont need some "Experienced," guy in his late 50s coming in.

No argument, except I think it's a collaborative effort of Dak and Kellen.
Makes sense for audibles and maintaining game-plan between caller and player.
